What kind of lash extensions do you offer?
I offer classic, hybrid, volume, and soft brown lashes—each set styled to suit you. I use premium, handmade lash fans for that full-yet-natural look that enhances your eyes without overpowering them. Whether you want subtly defined or soft and fluffy, your lashes will be lightweight, custom, and totally yours.
Do you refill lashes from other salons?
If the application is clean and aligns with my aesthetic (natural, lightweight, and healthy for your lashes), I’m happy to refill. If not, I’ll recommend a removal and fresh set
How long do lash extensions last?
With proper aftercare, you’ll get 2–3 weeks of wear. Regular infills every 2 weeks will keep them looking full and fresh.
Can I wear mascara with lash extensions?
With extensions—no. Mascara messes with the adhesive and weakens retention.
Will lash extensions damage my natural lashes?
Not when applied correctly (which I take seriously). I work with your natural lash health in mind—no shortcuts, no overloading, and no damage.
What are handmade lashes?
Handmade lashes are lash fans that I personally create during your appointment—right there on the spot. Unlike pre-made fans, handmade ones are fully customised to your lash line, giving you better retention, a softer finish, and a set that’s tailored to your natural lashes.
What’s the difference between classic, hybrid, and volume lashes?
Classic: One extension is applied to one natural lash—perfect if you want a natural, mascara-like look.
Hybrid: A mix of classic and volume lashes—giving you texture, definition, and a little fluff.
Volume: Multiple ultra-fine handmade fans are applied to each lash for a fuller fluffier result. Don’t worry—it’s still lightweight and natural-looking, just a bit more glam.

What is a lash lift?
A lash lift is like a perm for your natural lashes—it lifts, curls, and sets them from the root so they appear longer and more open without needing extensions. The result? Effortless, ready to go beauty that lasts for weeks.
How long does a lash lift last?
Results typically last 6–8 weeks, depending on your lash cycle and aftercare. You’ll enjoy beautifully curled lashes that need zero maintenance—just wake up and go!
Can I wear mascara after a lash lift?
Yes—but only after 24 hours. While many clients love the natural lift on its own, a touch of mascara can take it to the next level. In fact, most say that after a lash lift, their mascara hits different—it gives extra drama without clumps or curlers.
Just avoid waterproof formulas, as they can be drying and harder to remove.
What’s the aftercare like?
The first 24 hours are the most important.
Here’s what to avoid:Water, steam, or heavy sweating
Oils and eye creams
Rubbing or sleeping face-down
After that, just treat your lashes gently and enjoy the lift! I’ll give you all the care tips before you leave.
Is a lash lift right for me?
If you’ve got straight, downward-facing, or light lashes and want a low-maintenance glow-up—this is for you. It’s also a perfect option if you’re not ready for extensions but still want that something extra!

What is a hybrid brow stain?
Hybrid dye is a long-lasting brow colour that stains both the skin and brow hairs for that fuller, freshly-done look. It’s more defined than tint and gives the illusion of depth and shape—even where your natural hairs are sparse.
How is brow stain different from tint?
Think of hybrid stain as tint’s cooler, more committed sister. While traditional tint mostly colours the hairs, stain tints the skin and the hair—so it lasts longer, looks bolder, and fades more evenly. That’s why I only offer stain—because the results are just better. Period.
How long does hybrid brow stain last?
The stain lasts 5–8 days on the skin (kind of like a good fake tan), and up to 5 weeks on the brow hairs, depending on your skin type and how you care for them. On oilier skin, the skin stain may fade a little faster—just like tan fades quicker if you're exfoliating often.
Proper aftercare helps lock in that fresh, defined look for as long as possible!
What is brow lamination?
Brow lamination lifts and sets your natural brow hairs into a fuller, fluffier shape that holds its form. It’s like a blowout for your brows—tidy, bold, and structured. Great for softening cowlicks, filling gaps, or just giving your brows that "styled but effortless" vibe.
How should I prep for my brow appointment?
Come with a clean face (no makeup around the brow area), and avoid exfoliants or active skincare a few days before. If you’ve recently had skin treatments like peels or microdermabrasion, let me know—timing is everything for happy skin and great results.

Is waxing safe for everyone?
Almost! But if you're using products like AHAs, BHAs, retinol, or acne treatments, your skin may be too sensitive for waxing. These ingredients can thin the skin and cause lifting (not the good kind). Let me know what you’re using during your consult—there are always other options if waxing isn’t ideal.

Lash Extensions
Cleanse daily with a lash-safe cleanser to keep your lashes fluffy and your eyes healthy (yes, even if they look clean).
Avoid oils, steam, and heavy products near the eyes.
Brush them Daily—let them air dry, then fluff with your spoolie.
No picking or pulling (even if you're tempted).
Why it matters: Clean lashes = better retention, less irritation, and lashes that last between fills.
Pro tip: Use a snag free face Cloth for removing makeup & a Silk pillow (this is also good for your hair & skin)
Lash Lift Aftercare
Keep your lashes dry for 24 hours (no water, steam, mascara, or sweat).
After the first day, nourish your lashes with a lash serum or oil at least 2–3x a week.
Avoid waterproof mascara—it’s hard to remove and can damage your delicate lashes.
Why it matters: Think of it like bleaching your hair—you wouldn’t bleach your hair and then skip the conditioning treatments, right? Your lashes need that same kind of TLC. Nourishing them regularly helps maintain the lift and keeps them strong, so they don’t break or lose shape prematurely.
Brow Stain & Wax
Keep your brows dry and product-free for 24 hours.
Avoid exfoliants, cleansers with AHA/BHA, or makeup removers around the brows.
If you're a regular fake tanner, apply carefully—tanner grabs onto light-stained skin.
Why it matters: Following these tips helps your skin stain last longer (like a brow tan!) and keeps the colour even and fresh.
Brow Lamination
Avoid water, steam, and makeup on the brows for 24 hours.
After 24 hours, apply a brow balm, oil, or nourishing serum at least 2–3x per week to hydrate the hairs.
Brush them gently into place each morning to keep the shape fluffy and lifted.
Why it matters: Laminated brows need a little hydration love to stay healthy, full, and flexible—not crispy.
